Agreed. I find his dialogue to be annoying and awkward to watch. I miss the Andy Bernard ego-stroking of Carrel from last season.

you can't say it was top 3 of all time because the second half mostly sucked. if the first half had been an ep of its own it would have been top 3, no question.
