POKERTRACKER not recognizing my Screenname

I am having trouble with PokerTracker recognizing my Party Screenname. I go to PREFERENCES tab, and select my screenname from the dropdown menu for my "Poker ID". But then when I go to look up my stats, it says if doesn't have any hands with my ID in it. However, I am POSITIVE that my database contains THOUSANDS of hands with my ID.

Plus, I can't even find my screename in my list of players in the lefthand list/column.


What is going on???

recheck your filters and everything on the Preferences tab

Downloaded the latest beta version -> problem fixed.
