Quick Question re. PokerAce

I know. I know. Technically, this should be posted in the "Software" forum, but I need a quick response, and this is a higher volume forum.

I just downloaded the Trial for PokerAce and am trying to use it for Party.

As far as I can see, I have everything configured correctly regarding Party directory and databases, etc.

However, when I try to play with PokerAce, it doesn't appear to be even acknowledging the table. That is, the table name and stuff is not shown in the PokerAce window, and it's not displaying any stats - even though I have stats on some of the players.


Any help?

What site are you playing at and what tables (6max, full, fast)? I haven't looked recently, but a couple of weeks ago PokerAce (the released version) did not recognize the fast tables at Stars. The Beta version which you can get from their message boards supports the fast tables.

I am playing Party 6 max tables.

I have the 6max option clicked in PokerAce.

I have the Party skin directory properly assigned under preferences.

However, PokerAce is not recognizing the Party Table. The table does NOT appear under the Table List of PokerAce where it should appear.

(I have also read the PokerAce tutorial with no help).

Make sure you don't have "show stats for this limit only" checked. and:

If you are sure everything is configured correctly and you still aren't getting stats, check the following:

1. Make sure you are importing successfully into PokerTracker.
2. Try turning off any filters you may have set.
3. Make sure the correct databases are being used.
4. Make sure the players have enough hands to meet the minimum required.
