btn is 20 buck spin if u've played with him. he was the biggest winner in the recent screen shot of stars 5-10 and 10-20 games i think. i have him running at 28/25 over a decent sample however some of that is 3handed. i haven't seen him really get out of line much in our sessions together...thoughts on all options?

I like a fold because with your depth I can see him calling here with all pockets. In a blind steal situation he can't expect you to release too many hands, so this looks like a value raise he's trying to disguise as a 'who ever raises a dry board for value' style raise.

Meh, he's 28/25, I would really hate folding here. Prolly call and c/r all in on a safe turn.

28/25 with a lot of 3 handed play making up those stats. details matter.

This hand seems super standard to me...what am I missing? Depending on your history with him bet-->3bet flop or call then checkshove turn?

this is exactly what I assumed when I stated that. But this is a really sick decision really. But the fact that he's tricky (I'm assuming since you said he's big winner in those games.) Maybe wrong, but I still think a fold is a little too weak here. He could c/r you with any air. His range is prolly not polarized to overpairs, or JJ, and hence I think you basically have to go broke here.

i know you're a little deep, but i've been bet 3 betting in this spot lately (w dryish boards) and against the right type of opponent it works well - i can't believe the stuff i get looked up with.

LA, i think that works well against some opponents, i get the feeling that this guy really views me as nitty though so idk how light he's gonna look me up. i definitely like that against other opponents though

Yeah, I was going to say I think 3betting flop is better then calling and checking turn. Since the 3bet dynamic I dont think villain will bluff a 2nd barrel, but you're committed once you call the flop raise, so I'd rather not give a free bluff card... Plus you can always get looekd up lighter by shoving then allowing him to pot control and get to showdown with something that may have called an AI.
