Ok, going to beach soon so not very high goals for the month of june but:

30k hands
Or Enough FPP to clear another 1500 bonus

Goals.
Play enough to maintain Plat status on Stars.
Play the rest live during juicy WSOP cash games..
Run really well from 6/14-6/25 when I am on vacation and have nothing to do but play Live Cash games.
Be playing 5/10NL Live by the end of that week (not going to happen)

I had a really good month but will wait until the end of the day to post my graph.

As far as June goals:

1. Begin working out.
I actually think this will help my poker game. I'll probably do weights 3 times a week and cardio 3 times a week.
2. NLHT&P
I was reading some sections of this book yesterday. I gotta admit, parts of it are really brilliant. Unfortunately there is a bit of fluff in there, but reading and understanding the concepts will help me decide which is which.
3. Mathematics of Poker
I ordered this book but probably won't see it until the end of the month.
4. 10K VPP/week
I'm still on pace to hit the 500,000VPP mark this year. Actually, I am 12 days ahead of schedule, which means I get 12 days off!
5. Win the FR Championship.

1) Make poker fun again/stop putting pressure on myself to move up
2) Make 1 video for the forum per week
3) Play 12K hands
4) Focus on building a bankroll and not trying to win every pot.
5) Play better in marginal situations, esp on the river (value bet more).

I played my last session so horrible that im done with may, last days off.

JUNE:

1. hopefully im able to move up, stars 400nl fr isn't really tempting, the games don't seem very good. Might have to start playing on two sites, atleast so I can 12 table good tables.

Not that many hand this month. I started the month playing 100NL and ended with my first ever 400NL session.

My hopes for June are to play a mix of 200NL and 400NL with a >0 win rate - whilst improving my game by re-reading NLHTAP and perusing the 2+2 archives.

June goals (1st half):
Enjoy time with friends/family
Get back to sKorea safely (leaving on June 11th)

June goals (2nd half):
Play 100k hands, with at least 20k at 400NL
Make monies
