Canadian Bank Account

How hard would it be to open a canadian bank account. I bonus whore so my plan would be to go to canada for a week open an account as A US citizen create a neteller account and then stay and do my casino list, withdraw and bounce.

P.S. this is quite insane but I am too degenerate to care.
