Raising on the flop, betting more on turn and river would make this hand much easier to judge. As played, I guess you can fold if you consider his aggro factor.

Here's what he has, IMO.

He had an inside straight draw on the flop. You didn't raise him, and he got to see a turn. Now he's picked up flush AND straight draws, and calls your bet.

He has some weird hand like A2 of hearts.

On the river, he's made his flush and donks it up.
