I sometimes check/raise the flop all in here too, but that depends on your history in 3-bet pots with button. Many TAGs call with any pair once you do that, which isn't exactly what you want.
I would consider a turn all in standard because a lot of players will float once to beat AK but give up to the double barrel. You can expect villain to fold JJ-TT here, and <=99 if he played it, and possibly even AQ. There are only a few combinations of hands ahead of you and enough better hands you can expect to fold.
