BTN wins $5.7 ( lost -$2.8 )
Hero lost -$2.50

Do you raise AJ here OOP ?Most times I just check or complete the small blind.
BTN : 56/5/0.6

I think folding here is not to bad .

I hate playing it OOP and just play a small pot.

no, i would just complete with AJ here, you dont really want to be playing it in a big pot OOP unnecasarily.

and that looks like a pretty solid fold if you have plenty of hands on villain, people play pretty tight in limped pots, and normally its just a dumb min re-raise if they have Jx. i would put him on 2pair/set a lot of the time here, sometimes a limped QQ-AA, his stats do look pretty donkish

Raise preflop... Against a villain who was short, you could have easily committed with your TPTK... So yah, you needed to lay down AJ here because you did not raise preflop. I mean, BTN could just be raising to say that she has a legitimate hand... With such a small pot, I fold.

Definitely raise preflop. When you just complete, you get yourself into situations like this. As played a fold sucks but you have to do it. Raising will only eliminate hands you beat, and calling forces you to play 2 streets oop with a hand that wants to be checked down. Raising preflop easily commits you against this villain.
