Default I run worse than anyone I’ve ever known

I had a whole thing written out here, about running worse than I ever thought possible and all that [censored] but forget it. You’ll all be all “tl;dr” anyway, so here’s a list of just a few of the larger beats I’ve taken in the past 10 days against some of the worst players I’ve sat with at 100NL. Down 18 buyins*. I’ve never had more than an 8 buyin downswing before. Kinda depressing but I’m not angry. In fact, I now know what it feels like to run worse than I ever thought possible and it’s allowed me to reach an almost zen like state of peace and tranquillity. Decimated bankroll at 100NL 6 Max. And to top it all off, the hand history converter isn’t working. Besides which, the thread would be too long if I put all the hand histories in here properly.

Anyone want to stake me $1,000 so I can rebuild my roll starting at 50NL?

Here’s those beats, in shorthand form. These aren’t the coolers (of which there are also a few set under sets, and so on) and some aren’t so bad, but most are awful. No particular order, other than I’m looking through PT for hands played this month. Assume villain in each hand is incredibly bad at playing poker – a couple of these were against decent players, the rest total fish/awful LAGs – you know the sort if you play 200NL 6 Max and below at Party):

AA vs 66 on 764 flop. Turn A. All in. River 6.
AA vs QJs (reraised pot – he has position) on T84 monotone flop. Bet flop hard, he calls. Turn K. I checkraise him all in (I KNOW he’s going to bet this representing AK because he’s an idiot). He calls. River Ace.
AA vs T9s on QT6 flop. Turn 7. All in. River 9.
AA vs JJ all in preflop. Turn J.
AA vs 93s. Flop 245 monotone. All in. Turn 8. River 6.

AKs vs AQs. All in on A72 flop. Turn Q. River T
AKs vs AJo. Reraised pot. Flop A94. All in. Turn T. River J
AKs vs A5o. Flop A86, Bet hard. Turn J. Bet hard. River 5. He checked behind when I checked to him. I could feel the beat had come. I don’t know why, but I was right.
AKs vs QTo all in preflop (half stack). I lose.
AKs vs J6s all in preflop (half stack). I lose.
AKs vs AQs all in preflop (2/3rds stack). I lose (something about Grimstarr…).
AKs vs A4o all in preflop (1/3 stack). I lose.

AKo vs K8s. KJT flop. Turn 2. All in. River 8. If you don’t know villain you’d think this was a bad play from me. Clearly, it was an amazing read. Also just as clearly, villain has powers beyond the physical realm. Or a really good pattern mapper.

AQo vs A4s. Flop AJ6. He min checkraises me on flop, I call, thinking he has a weak Ace and I’ll punish him for it later in the hand. Turn A. He bets, I go all in, he calls. River 4.

AJs vs AQo. All in on AJ8 flop. Turn 6. River Q.
AJo vs AKo. J43 flop. Turn A. All in. River K.

ATs vs A2o. AJ8 flop. Bet hard, called. Turn Ace. Bet hard. Called. River 2. He checked and I checked behind as it brought flush draw… and his 3 outer.

KK vs QQ. I reraise from BB then flat call his re-reraise, to disguise my hand. I check a T73 flop, with the intention of calling his all in. Sure enough, he goes all in, I call. Turn Q, river 2.
KK vs QJs. Flop KT8. He goes all in. I call. Turn 9, river 5.
KK vs AQo. All in on JT9 flop. Turn 8.
KK vs ATo all in preflop. Spikes an Ace.

KQo vs AKo. AQ8 flop. He bets flop small, I call. Turn Q, he checkraises me all in, I call. River A.
KQo vs 99. Flop JT4, check called, turn 9. Bet, raised, all in. River T.

QJs vs AKs. Flop QJ8. All in. Turn K. River K.
QJo vs AKo. Flop AQJ. All in. Turn 9. River K.

JJ vs JTs in reraised pot. Flop 997 (with flush draw). I’m checkraised all in, I call (he has an underpair or draw here every time), turn 3, river 4, bringing flush.
JJ vs AQ on QJ6 flop. All in. Turn Q, river Ace.

TT vs KJo. All in on KT9 flop. Turn 9. River K.

77 vs K8o. Flop K73, turn 3. All in. River K.

55 vs QQ. Flop J75. Turn 7. All in. River Q.

44 vs 76s. Flop J76. Checked. Turn 4. He bets, I raise, he goes all in, I call. River 7.

And I’m bored of writing them down now. Possibly almost as bored as you are of reading them all. Individually these are no big deal, but all happening in the past few sessions, almost back to back, they’ve killed my bankroll.

That’ll do for now. Thanks for having a look. And it's still too long, isn't it? Oh [censored] it - it's done now. You don't have to read it all, do you?

*to give you some idea of how bad this run is for me, here's a link to my old January graph. I had to format my PC recently and lost my old database, but this picture was already uploaded on the net. This was all 8 tabling 6 max NL; 38,323 hands 100NL, 2,916 hands 200NL. 65 hours played. It wasn’t an unusual month for me (aside from not playing all that much) and I’m used to being a regular winning player. Not so much this month.

Beat: Nobody's going to read about your beats in that format so you wasted your time typing it out.

nobody cares about those beats.

besides, IF I just start tracker, filter hands on most money lost and read them I can easily post 20 bad beats myself too, that doesn't make me a losing player tho
