Preflop: I think raising 77 UTG is marginally profitable, so I think this is the right play.

Flop: I would just call here, with the intention of leading a safe turn card. If CO is raising for a free card, then he may well cap the flop, and then you are pretty much forced to check to him on the turn. I think this is a close decision, but I think calling and leading gives you the best value by keeping you from making a turn mistake.

Turn: Looks good.

River: I guess I'd bet/fold here unless your opponent is capable of raising the river as a bluff, in which case I'd check behind. Even though the board is scary, I don't think your opponent will put you on a straight, and will pay you off with two pair, which I think is a reasonably likely hand for him to hold on this particular board.

Just my opinion...

I check behind a lot and i value bet here. I think going for a c/r is terrible from villain so i bet/call one time. Make a note and will check behind on cards like this in the future. I fold to a donk more than i fold to a c/r.

Checking behind isn't terrible though IMO.

i think a straight or flush bets out on the river since it's such a scary card.

sometimes yes, sometimes no. I check behind and lawl when the c/r whiffs.

P.S. After reading eveyone elses post, people are all scard of the flush or str8. I just cant put villan on a str8 but a flush seems reasonable. If we fire cant we fold to a cr with ease?

I'm less worried about getting checkraised and more concerned with giving him money when we don't have to getting 1:1 odds. He called 2 on the flop which screams draw. Now most draws got there. I'm not as good of a handreader as lots of people on here, but the only hands I can put him on that we beat is 54 and A4.
