Default $109 TT Readless in Gaza

I've played with villain before, he's very TAG early on, I'd say there's an equally good chance that this is a steal or a monster. Reraise preflop? Bet the flop - I was concerned about a big CR. Call or raise on the river?

I'm just dumping it on the turn. I think the river is pretty close, but I'd proooobably call, unless you think you're getting paid off by AQ.

I'd typically bet flop and as played, fold the turn.

The call pf is pretty standard. Your hand is not strong enough for a raise and you have implied odds to make the call. I just dump this on the turn with 2 overs on the board.

The river is pretty interesting. Without a read I would probably just call

I'd say this is very rarely a bluff.

He's very TAG, so pretty much any hand he is raising here hit. I don't know aggressive he is, so I don't know how scary that flop check is.

But he coud easily have AA, KK, AQ, QQ, or JJ here.

I like preflop.

On the flop, I'll sometimes raise some times check. Depends on my read the villain. Betting flop is the 'easy' way to play the hand.

On the turn, I'd call a 1/2 pot bet here.

River. I think I like just calling here. It's a pretty dangerous board.

... mods wtf?

flop can go either way but bet should be your default

NO WAY you can fold that turn. def a call.

river, im raising for sure... he can have soooo many hands here that hell call a raise with given your wonky line.

Heads-up in position, you probably have the best hand and he showed weakness by checking. The free card won't help you but it may help him. I think you should be betting this flop. I don't understand your fear of the c-raise unless you think he'll c-raise bluff here. You'll get out a lot cheaper folding to a c-raise than checking and then calling the turn and river. As played, call turn and definitely call river. AK is waaaay too likely for you to raise the river.

River is close, but it depends on how taggish villian is. Some guys will have AQ here and call a raise. This is basically never AK or QQ it could be JJ.

I also agree with Todd that I check here sometimes, but I usually bet.

bet the flop, few players are checking the flop with a hand that has you beat and although its possible most players don't check this flop intending to make a big bluff checkraise. Sometimes in this situation you can check behind for bluff protection but your hand is so vulnerable here that you can't afford to give a free card by doing so.
