Can i buy a replaced display screen for my motorala Razr

I bought a silver motorala razr from ebay like 2 months ago and also bought a warranty plan that was real cheap like 8.99 that covers up to 3 years on Ebay that went along with it. However, the warrantly doesnt cover things like accidental damage or some weird stuff. It covers things like if you buttons stop working or something like that so i wished i never purchased it.

Anyways, i had my cell phone in my back pocket and just cracked the screen when i sat on a chair. You can see that it is cracked but it isn't broken though. Its cracked at the part where you see the display such as the time etc.

Does anyone knkow if i can just buy that part of a cell phone?
