Default Playing at UltimateBet

I played on the badbeat jackpot tables and someone had a moan when I raised pots telling me we were here for the jackpot and to see the flops. Is this the correct way to play them or not? I won more money playing this table in half hour then I have for ages. This was my first time playing at Ultimate and couldn't get onto a normal table. The blinds were .25/.50nl

What is the general standard of play on Ultimatebet?

I play .25/.50 on UB, and I've never had anyone mention the jackpot. Must have been your table, but who knows? I'm going to keep playing poker -- to heck with the jackpot. (Although I wouldn't mind hitting it!)

I've never played at UB but I wouldn't play different because of the jackpot.

I've played at UB a couple of times and never heard about the bad beat jackpot. Just keep playing the game the way you want to play it. If someone whines and moans they can go to another table.

I boo the BBJ. Definitely -EV. I am really disappointed that UB has added these tables.
