Look I understand the logic now but at what point do you say to yourself, I dont have the odds to suckout here or I have the odds to suckout and fist pump it?

Are you guys using some program to calculate this stuff during a hand and if you are woudnt hand ranges play a key part of your decision?

Yeah Im confused and I suck at the math but I still pown.

Regarding ranges, yes it's important. In the example given someone meantioned that it's correct to try and suckout TP/OP against bottom two specifically but not if you include sets in all-ins hand range.

You can use Pokerstove to calculate odds against ranges. Not really for use during a hand but great for analyzing tricky spots afterwards. The more you use it the better you get a feel for when your pot comitted.

You can also do rough estimates by just counting your outs and multiply by 4 on flop or 2 on turn.

Don't forget that these are all-in situations where you can just compare pot odds vs your suckout odds. With deep stacks there is much more to consider.

Villian is a standard Tag reg running at 14/8/2 and he prolly think of me as a somewhat wild and unpreditable player but very solid. Is folding a option kinda scared of such a small reraise seems like hes taunting me to shove, but the only hands I put in his range here are 10/10 k/k A/k and A/A.

[/ QUOTE ]

I hardly call a 13/6 player wild and unpredictable lol.
