I didnīt play that hand, just wanna hear some thoughts. Thanks
I said to him i would cap the flop as played i would raise the turn and i donīt fold the river. But maybe that is too aggro, i dunno.

i think both capping the flop and calling the flop 3-bet/raising turn line have merit. if i had to give a preference i'd probably go for the latter but i feel it's very close.

the river fold was of course pretty bad.

I dont hate the river fold.

Villain raises AJ and prolly KJ preflop. So discount those. QJ, JT, J9, J8 and J6 beats hero as well.

So villain needs to play lower Jx and possibly even 8x like this to make this call +EV.

I really doubt its a good call... Looks close to me.

I don't see why we have to give action above and beyond that already shown. That turn card is pretty sucky to start going for additional bets on. River is pretty close as it is even debatable whether we are good 1:7 but a call is marginally better than a fold I expect.

folding two pair on the river is now "close" vs opponents with 34% PFR and AF 4.03...i see.

i have so much to learn.

of course, if you want to be a nit, you can say something brilliant like "well stats are irrelevant to villain's turn and river play..." so i guess the real question is: OP, what are villain's AF stats on the big streets?

i think capping the flop is necessary for the times villain is jamming a flush or oesd. if there were more hands on the guy and he had these stats i would probably raise the turn as well. he wouldnt hesitate to cap any hit. with the given stats i would raise the turn with a blank. the Q sucks so just call down from there.

Dunno why I didn't read his stats properly, only took in that he was loose and not the bet or fold mentality. Easy river call then as he could have a whole bunch on raggy stuff. Still don't expect to win a huge amount though as the board is so nasty for our hand but easily +EV.
