Only 5K hands but Hopefully I can get some insight...

General Stats
I think my VPIP is kinda low and it seems like I'm raising A LOT. Which isn't a bad thing, I just feel like I might be raising too many hands, especially from EP, or I'm being too nitty with other hands.

Position Stats
Nothing seems to glaringly wrong with this one, I think the discrepancy is mostly due to the sample size.

Stats by Hand
Am I overvaluing single pairs at showdown? Sample size?

More Detail
I just went through Pokey's How to use poker tracker post and this all looked okay.

you should be raising much more from the button.

but 5k is not enough, post again when you got like 15k.

Well your VPIP is the same for UTG,MP,CO and BTN. This is very very wrong... Steal blinds more often, maybe tighten up your EP range ?

Currently I might raise KQo from UTG but not J9s FROM the button. Is there a chance I should be limping with KQo from UTG and raising J9s from the button?

I do need to steal more often, and might need to alter my EP raising range.

Still might be a sample size thing, I need to play more.

Sounds like you may be playing a little too loose UTG, J9 is a good raising hand OTB, in fact mandatory with a weak limper or when folded to. KQo UTG IMO is not worth playing, I throw it away. Use your VPIP for LP plays.

You should never limp UTG (another mistake you make)!!!
You should definitely open-raise J9s from the button if the blinds are weak.

Interesting. I figured I had the pre-flop stuff pretty much down, but I guess my raising range is too wide in EP. Thanks for the insight.

Point taken.

I really try to minimize my tough decisions right now though while I'm in an early learning stage and not raising with stuff like KQo UTG helps (UTG I do raise all PP's, sticking mainly to stuff that's easy to play post flop). Plus I don't play quite as loose as someone like Spurious (I'm around 15/12) but he is more experienced and maybe I will be able to loosen up as time goes by. I guess the real point here is as Spurious mentioned is to NEVER open limp, that is just gross and is basically burning $.

Here's a nice post on this.
