OT- How to dial international numbers?
My friend (seriously my friend, not me, I don't gnome) has gotton his account frozen by mansion after sending his I.D. They had not responded to his e-mail in a day and a half, and stupid live chat hasn't worked since that mansion promo. I nor him can't figure out what he needs to press to get the international number to work.
So anyone got any tips/advice? I am sure they'll awnser his e-mail in a day or two, but still its easier to solve over the phone. |

Re: OT- How to dial international numbers?
Both of those numbers, when dialed alone, do not work. Does there need to be a number in front of that number or something for it to work? Are cellphones just stupid?
Thank ya very much to anyone who replies... |

Re: OT- How to dial international numbers?
Most cellphones will not dial International numbers unless the account is setup for it. For example, Verizon Wireless customers can not make any International calls unless Customer Service adds a "International Calling Allowed" code on the line.
May be the problem you are having. |

Re: OT- How to dial international numbers?
Just call the toll free number listed for Canada. That's what I did and when the guy asked where I was calling from I said the US and he said the department I was looking for was closed (account verification for cashout) and to call back in the morning. I called the same number the next day and they helped me out.
