When Will Pats/Cowboys line open?

Anyone have a guess.
Does Pinnacle or Cris ever open lines in the over night hours when there is a single game not on the board yet or do they wait till the next day? If its the next day what might be the earliest time.

My guess is there is not really an answer and they might post it at anytime but in case I'm wrong figured I would ask.

I kind of remember that. This season though its been Sunday nights for a lot of the games with a few others trailing on Monday.
Most weeks I've noticed they wait till after the Monday night game is complete to post lines involving those teams. Last week they posted the line for Pats/Browns about 45 minutes after the Pats/Bengals game was complete.
They didn't do that tonight for the Dallas/Pats game so I was wondering if I should even bother with continuing to look for a line in this spot during early AM hours or not. If someone knows something like Cris & Pinnacle never open a line between hours of X:XX and X:XX, then I would like to know that too.

Vegasinsider.com opened the line this morning at NE -4.

Now after the MNF game they dont have a line up. Im sure its going up but probably be under 7. They have most of the other lines up though.
