Shopping for a 240Z when they first came out and was appauled <sp> at the $10K "Dealer Markup". I asked the salesman WTF was up and he told me

"You know the people who are the happiest when they drive off the lot in their new rides? The ones who pay the most. You know the ones who are the least happy? The ones who get the best deal."

Of course I told him to go [censored] himself and that he'd come nowhere near answering my question as to why the dealership thought I was ok with them blatently fisting me and went out and bought a WRX.

That said, I had a pair of these before and loved them as well. $30 cheaper.

I dont know where to put this. Whats the best LCD or Plasma TV to get for around 3k or mabye a bit less. Should I go LCD or plasma? This stuff is confusing, I'm thinking about getting around a 46 or 52 inch and leaning toward lcd. Any help appreciated, or point me in the direction of where i should post this.

I would definitely go LCD.. with plasma, you gotta angle it just right so the light doesn't mess up the picture, and LCD just seems to be of better quality just from the few TVs I've had.

Edit - ship the sale price http://www.amazon.com/Samsung-LNT4665F-1...1271&sr=1-1

There's also the LNT4661F that's the same size that is a little bit cheaper, it's $1644.

Not sure what the diff is, but this is almost exactly what I have - LNS-4695 from about a year or so ago. GREAT TV. The others to look at are the Sony sets. Usually a bit more expensive, but sony makes a great panel.

Always go bigger - you'll never regret it.
