First in, 6-max, I make a lot of profit from raising JJ and up as I either take down the blinds or get called, then get folded to post draw.

...

Is there any poker tracker like software out there for this game?

Open raising JJ (or QQ) from UTG in a 6-handed game is a losing play. Toss these in the muck unless you're in the cutoff.

To your second question: Not that I'm aware of, although I think there are those who are working on such a program.

I have heard that playing 2 pair in this game is hard and after today's session I see why. I got beat more than just once with a med-small 2 pair hand. Usually it wa when i started with the medium 2 pair hand and had one or more people drawing 3 cards to my 2 pair. It was sually beaten y K's p or better. A pair of J's wan't really holding up much either. More easily beaten than I had previously thought. There is way more to this game than I had thought. I may go back to the play money a bit and get more experience because I think my first few sessions I drew sme really nice hands that were easy to win with.
