Rakeback site referral needs

i need a good referal system, I have many friends to refer. When I refer someone I want to get moneies for ALL the sites they play on; not just the first site. I also want to recieve moneies for people they refer

i have researched some sites
1.rakereduction, one of the sites I was thinking about is , but I can't find any info on how they handle referrals.
2. raketherake, everything seemed sweet except they dont give you moneies for ppl you refer that refer more ppl.

3.In conclusion, I want a rakeback site that will provide me with the industry standard % rates and the highest possible referal rates that is trustworthy
