What's the payout structure?
Are you the only 3 players left?

you are likely 50 50 never better but on rare occassions worse. i still call because your getting an overlay if you are 50/50.

by the way is there a simple formula or program for calculating the equity you need to call?

Sorry, ya final 3. First 2000, second around 1300 and third around 1000. The money isn't important, I just want to know whats the best move to give me the best chance to win.

I'd rather call with KT than 22, I think, but that's just intuition talking, so I could be wrong.

http://www.poker-tools-online.com/icm.html

ICM says your starting equity (if you fold) is about $1290

If you push, there is a 50/50 chance you go bust against a random hand:

Assuming the best case where the SB *always* folds and the BB always calls
1/2 * 1000 + 1/2 * equity with doubled stack
equity with doubled stack = $1550

Equity for moving in = 775 + 500 = $1275

Answer: Pick a better spot!

(someone check my work, this is my first try using ICM)
