Default Absolute - UB transfer

Can I get a first time deposit bonus from one of these sites by transferring money from the other, or do I need to fully withdraw it from one to a CC acct and redeposit in the other?

From UB's website:

"Please note: Transfers to Absolute Poker are treated as deposits into the recipient's account and are subject to the same restrictions. Transfers are not eligible for deposit bonuses."

Why would you play at either site, when it is a known fact that their management are stealing money from the customers etc etc?

I play there because I got a free starter stake to do so, have built it up into a decent BR, and just have never bothered to go anywhere else or deal with the fees associated with moving that bankroll around. Plus, they have good, soft O8 games. Nevertheless, I'm not tied to the sites. Is the cheating charge just about the HU high-stakes match with the owner that I heard about, or is something more sinister afoot?

The cheating was spread all over high limit cash games and MTT's. By playing there you are not only risking it happening to you since nothing happened to the thieves but you are condoning the theft. It's like saying "It's OK you stole almost $1,000,000 I'll keep playing there".

I had no idea the problem was so widespread, and I suppose I'll take my business elsewhere.
