Default A9s NL25, line okay?

Full Tilt Poker - No Limit Hold'em Cash Game - $0.10/$0.25 Blinds - 8 Players - (LegoPoker HH Converter)

4 folds, CO raises to $0.85, 2 folds, Hero calls $0.60

Flop: ($1.80) T[img]/images/graemlins/club.gif[/img] 9[img]/images/graemlins/heart.gif[/img] T[img]/images/graemlins/diamond.gif[/img] (2 Players)
Hero checks, CO bets $1.80, Hero calls $1.80

Turn: ($5.40) 3[img]/images/graemlins/heart.gif[/img] (2 Players)
Hero bets $2.75, CO raises to $8.00, Hero folds
Uncalled bet of $5.25 returned to CO

Pot Size: $10.90 ($0.50 Rake)

Got no reads on villain.

Is my line okay in general?
My reasoning for the turn bet was, that he wouldve a hard time calling with two overcards, and fold anything except a Ten or a pocketpair higher than nine.

Your reasoning is exactly the opposite of what it should be. You could slow down and check the turn. Villain could be calling just because he floats paired flops. (which does seem to happen a lot)

Check and call a reasonable bet. reevaluate the river.

I dont really like the cold call preflop. I prefer 3bet or fold.

I think I prefer flop c/r to stop n go. This is OK though (bet more on turn, this looks weak).

Abe,

Is the c/r for protection/ROI reasons?

To be honest if I cold called I would c/r this flop with almost any 2.

In this case, c/r flop is probably a bluff which is why I dont like the cold call preflop. We can play our hand for showdown value, by C/C and probably C/C on turn again, but it puts us in a much more difficult situation that probably has similar or even lower expectation.

Interesting reasoning. I do agree that a c/r is good on this board on the flop. So I suppose it could be just as good on a brick turn like this.
