If you really want this pot, then c/c turn and make a play on river. Why would we be raising the turn with a 9? C/c seems way more believable as you can vb either a K or 9 on the river, assuming he knows this. Ultimately I think folding is best, especially if you've been [censored] with him.

I think I fold this turn. His line looks pretty strong and I just don't like my implied odds even when hitting; seems like the only way the rest of the money goes in is if you're getting coolered by a big hand on the river.

However, if you're willing to raise relatively small here and follow through with a 3/4 pot sized bet on the river he'll have a tough time calling with any non-9 hand. I think that's a mistake ont his hand, though, and I just dump the turn.
