Default zzz Spots

Showboat $225+25 from this weekend in Atlantic City. I'm playing nitty/TAGish because I'm card-dead and haven't had too many spots to get things going. Seems like I haven't had too many spots to get involved. I'm floating around 9500 chips. Starting stacks were 10k chips (25/50 blinds,25 minute levels).

3 folds to me in the Hijack. I raise A [img]/images/graemlins/spade.gif[/img]J [img]/images/graemlins/spade.gif[/img]. to 600 with blinds 100/200 now. Button calls and the Big Blind calls.

Button= calls himself tight. He plays ABC postflop from what I've seen. he has around 10k in chips.

Big Blind= old loose passive guy. Calling station. Not good at poker. he has 12k in chips.

Flop: Q [img]/images/graemlins/heart.gif[/img]J [img]/images/graemlins/heart.gif[/img]3 [img]/images/graemlins/diamond.gif[/img]

BB taps the felt, its on me.

Is this an automatic bet 100% of the time. If so is a bet of about 1200 good? If called whats the plan on blank turns? 100% fire again on say the 4 of diamonds?
