Live @ the Bike experts

If you were trying to learn from the Live @ the Bike episodes and you played at a level similar to the 300 to 500nl. What level would be the best to watch, the level you play at or a higher level? Thanks for the advice.

from my experiences, there was little value in watching the 3-5 game on LATB. You will learn alot from any game that is 5-10 or bigger.

edited to say my usual stakes would be 500 max

There are some good $300-$500 episodes back in March-June of 06.

But like previously posted, $5-$10 is a better level to watch.

Watch Joe McClaine(Spelling) and LA Tony.

Some of the October 05/06 episodes are good too in the $300-$500.
