$2/$5 $100 max live - I fold AQo preflop.

I am an NL noob who is trying to get good at this game without donating too much in the process. Is this a strategically sound withdrawal or a display of hate for money?

First time posting a live NL hand, so if I've omitted any necessary information, please yell at me.

I am dealt AQo in MP with about $150 in front of me.

UTG limps, MP1 limps, I raise ($20), all fold to Button who reraises to $70 (stack ~$200).

SB folds, BB calls (all-in), all fold to original limper who calls and action is on MP1, who thinks long and then folds.

There is now about $210 in the pot, one player all-in and two other opponents, one who has me covered. Pot is laying me 4.2:1.

I'm thinking about what to do since I haven't been in this situation many times in NL, and then I hear MP1 mumble to himself in Spanish about how all of these raisers made him fold his ace.

So I'd need to beat 3 hands with my offsuit big cards after being reraised PF while being outstacked by the reraiser... and now I know one of my outs are gone. I fold.

How'd I do?

easy fold for AQ, if you are folding the best hand don't worry you will pwn this game anyway. unless you can read that raise as a steal you should fold.. this is often AA-JJ and AK for the button. against that range you should fold

Easy Fold, However I have a problem with your attitude, when you sit down you sit down for broke. Selective Aggression, if you don't sit down for broke why play then. WHY!!!

Switch to Limit, you'll see the river more often.
