I went on to You Tube to watch the video for "No Rain" by Blind Melon (the one with the dancing bee girl). For whatever reason, it wasn't on there. But, this was.

No Rain set to an anime called Ikki Tousen

I've never heard of Ikki Tousen. But, it appears every other scene has a female character exposing animated underwear.

Yeah, I've seen Ikkitousen.
