50NL: Question about c-betting shortstacks

Hand 1: You don't need to C-bet as much against short stacks. $2 would probably be enough. As played - call if they are likely bluffing (if you have a read). Otherwise i'm probably folding.

Hand 2: Same really. Without a strong read, fold.
