I'm dealt T[img]/images/graemlins/diamond.gif[/img]T[img]/images/graemlins/heart.gif[/img] otb. Three limpers in front of me. I raise. BB joins us and all the limpers call.
Flop: T[img]/images/graemlins/spade.gif[/img]7[img]/images/graemlins/spade.gif[/img]2[img]/images/graemlins/club.gif[/img] It's checked to CO who is right in front of me. I raised to charge flush drawers. Does this seem okay? Or should I be thinking of inducing overcallers? |

raise is good here. Those with FDs will be calling anyways. Make sure you river the 2[img]/images/graemlins/spade.gif[/img] for fun and profit.

I don't raise for protection, I raise for value.

I think you need to raise the flop here if you want to raise the turn. And we really really want to raise a non-scary turn.
I find that this line always scares the fish: - raise pre-flop - check or call flop - raise turn Flush draws won't fold to that, but a lot of hands you beat will (Tx, overcards that pair up on turn). Raising also allows you the option to fold the river unimproved if a spade drops and folks wake up... since folks will need to beat your hand which was either made on the flop or an agro flush draw (meaning, they think their flushy is bigger than yours). - Jason |

The FDs are your friends. Now use them and get as many bets in as you can while you still have the nuts. Its not like you are winning the showdown anyway amirite?
