Top2 with flush out....how much to bet on the turn?

What's my line here on the turn? I believe a bet is most appropriate here about 400-500? I find situations like this common and hate to dump chips to a better hand but hate it even more when the 4th [img]/images/graemlins/diamond.gif[/img] comes off and I loose to 7x7 [img]/images/graemlins/diamond.gif[/img].

I like the PF raise, the flop I make it 270-290, turn I bet big, maybe 500-600 and see what happens from there on.

Why would u bet? I'd check. Checking will induce river bluffs + get value from Q's when he checks a non-diamond river to you. He can't call a bet with KQ;QJ here unless one is a diamond, and you're going to narrow your range here, when u bet on a paired/3-flush board.
