Dynasty,

Would an article detailing my results from my HUSNG Statistics Project work (check the forum for the thread)?

I just read the thread you started on 11/28. It seems you could write a series of articles for the Magazine based on your project.

PM or e-mail me to keep me updated with where you stand and what your goals are.

I think Byron Jacob's Nontransitive Poker in this month's issue is his best heads-up hold 'em article so far.

If there are topics you'd like to see Byron tackle, I could pass on any comments.

You know where I can find the previous Byron Jacobs heads-up hold'em articles?
I could only find January and december issues of 2+2 magazine.
Also is there any other HU HE article I should look for??

I'd be interested in writing something on HU limit for the next one.

i'm reading the math of poker (chen and ankenman) and would be really interested in an article illustrating how one would calculate a balanced strategy for a line.

like, even as simple as

pf: raise, call
flop: check, bet, raise, ?

where ? could be balanced between three-bet with a pair/draw, call with a pair/draw, etc.

that might be really unmanageable (i dont know bc i havent tried) but it would really help clarify some of what im reading.

thanks,
bbbushu

p.s. the frog-head diablo thing is pretty funny to me

Articles get taken off the site after three months and rights return to the author. You'll have to contact Byron Jacobs to get past articles.

The new issue of the Magazine has Fred Bush's second article.

Preflop Pop and Repop in No-limit Heads-up

His first article from last month got a very positive response.

Five Basic Mistakes to Look For in an Opponent When you're New to Heads-up No-limit Hold 'em

There's been a change to "Contribute to the Two Plus Two Internet Magazine" page. This has been added.

...some articles will be selected for translation into German and will appear on PokerOlymp. An additional fee of $100 (per article) will be paid for all selected articles. Again after three months these translated articles will come down from www.PokerOlymp.de and all rights are then returned to the authors. These translations will be used for no other purposes without the permission from the authors.
