That's an interesting situation and perhaps even moreso for me since I do occasionally play their jackpot SNG's.

As is typically brought up in situations like this though I think we also need to consider the possibility that the player was hoping to scre-over the site and they just happened to catch him.
But we have learned from the ITILTEZ situation with UB that accusations of collusion don't always mean the player really was doing that.

Bob -

I saw that that promo - the Noble "Fort Knox" thing - a couple of months ago, and I had two thoughts. 1.) This thing is going to draw every colluder on the internet to Noble Poker, and 2.) There's a good chance they'll label you a colluder, regardless.

What bugs me about this thing though (aside from the possibility Noble's stealing 100k from this guy), is that - according to him, they're refusing to turn over his hand histories.

What possible reason could they have to do that?
