anyone know the fastest way an englishman might get his hands on this book? its listed as unavailable on amazon.co.uk.

highstakes.co.uk are taking orders not sure when they will be getting the stock, its £19.95 with them.

I ordered mine though form Amazon.com $31 delivered which I think is around £17, ordered it at the weekend has provisional delivery of 15th June.
