Default 5/10 6M Deep River Decision

Villain is Snappo1. He's around 23/16, v tagish. About 10 min ago, the following hand happened:

He raises, someone calls, i reraise KK, he calls. HU to flop of T33r. He raises my bet all-in
w/ KQ and gets stacked.

About 5 min later, I raise, he reraises in position, I 4-bet and he mucks pretty fast.

I reraise him again oop a few hands later and he mucks again.

Then the hand in question happens. I was almost convinced he would just push preflop w/ any 2 given our prior history. The psychology on the river is pretty intense.

Geez. I just typed out a really long post about how this is a call, but the more I think about it the more I think this guy's been beiding his time afraid of playing big pots and probably has 44, 55, or AA.

I will say I think he almost never has an A or a flush.

why not bet the flop? ok maybe the ace got you but why check the turn? Allright you want to keep the pot small and avoid being pushed off your hand. Oh wait what about a blocking/ value bet on the river say about300-400 hundo? I know I would call with qq,jj,and 1010 and after I loose I'll call you a donkey for the way you played your hand.

exactly.....call in a heartbeat and then pat yourself on the back (regardless of what he shows you) for A) getting him to put in that much money preflop and B) doing the best possible job of inducing a bluff.....

I know it's lame, but I honestly would be 50:50 given the history. But maybe after reading some views I would sway one way or the other

I would also call. When player is on tilt the overbet river desperation bluff is pretty common, at least for me.
