Theory of Poker would be good. It's no specifically a limit book, but it has a lot of concepts that he would benefit from reading and understanding for any poker game.

allright i will buy internet Texas hold em by Hilger. i hope he will like it and i also hope that this book will improve his limit games in the future.

I think Professional Poker has the best section on bankroll management. He is probably more likely to believe it if he reads it in print than if you just tell him. People are strange in that respect.
