Default QQ and an ugly river

Villain is loose 35/10/2.5 but only have about 80 hands on him. In hindsight I think I should have raised the turn. Is the river a fold???

I call here. From his end he figures at best you too are chopping since you played it passive on turn. So perhaps his 99-22 figures what the hell, I'll try and win the whole thing.

Yes a 10 is def in his range here but 3.4 to 1 here cant be THAT sure....
