relax guys...I did do something that a mod asked specifically not to be done. Just because I post some strat and have 10k posts doesn't make me above the law. There had to be some consequence. I just wish it was a deletion of my post and a scolding PM instead of an instaban. Perhaps, if I used my gimmick account to pm daryn instead of 'rail' the thread again, this would've all passed over lightly.
Anyway, it's no big deal as MT2R was without 2p2 for a grand total of 7 hours or so. I slept most of that time away. |

Isolated incidents have a way of turning into habitual problems if new guidelines aren't put into place to prevent same from occurring again. And mediocre mods with mediocre judgement need more rules to follow in modding than do the best mods with superior judgement. Which is why Grunge's main point needs to be addressed by adding a rule to the handful of rules for mods that have been imposed in the past (i.e. exile type of discipline for strat posters who make violations of non-site wide rules but just social forum specific rules). |
