Haven't read this whole thread so forgive me if it's been brought up already (and I brought it up in another thread).
But can anyone give a logical explanation how it's possible to just 'run out' of cards as appears to be their claim here. That's pretty ridiculous if you ask me as I would assume such cards cost about $0.03 each to make (maybe less for the PayTru cards which seem a bit flimsier). So this current situation where they are essentially declining to give out any new cards to new customers strikes me as bizarrely fishy. It seems it might be more due to them not being able to handle all the additional customers or don't want to take on anymore 'risk' or something because it just seems way too ridiculous that it would have to do with them just having 'used up' their current allotment of cards and they somehow can't make anymore. Because of this, I'm a bit concerned about PayTru right now because this just seems way too weird.

USPS raised the prices and they haven't had a chance to go to the post office and get new ones. It's not in their budget. Us spreading rumors might actually make it come true. If I had a card I might transfer $$ to the card and go to the ATM right away, but I'd never leave money with someone who has shown that keeping their customers informed is WAY down on their list. ------Meow

i need to pull money outta stars and put some money in ultimate bet, can i do that using the paytru atm? stars is making me take my cashout of $200 on the paytru atm card, and isnt letting me use epasseport instead, although ive used epasseport hundreds of times, and that pisses me off. if id won big and had much more money then any amount over a certain amount id been able to withdraw of my choice, but not this $200.

there was a period in march when they also stopped shipping cards (a couple weeks after stars introduced the card). guess they were overwhelmed with volume (they did not say a shortage of cards)
i actually really like cashing out via paytru. its just faster and more reliable than waiting for a check. i guess the key is dont try to use it for purchases because sometimes the transactions are declined. so just so stars knows there are at least a few people very satisfied with the service. but in my opinion paytry is pretty good when you just use it for cash at atms.
