Is VY a better MVP candidate than Carson Palmer or Jeff Garcia (both of whom sport far worse records)? No. Wins != One Player being better. This is a team sport.

Firstly none of my suggested MVPs are on a losing team. Secondly I'm not arguing who will win MVP or the voters will vote for. I am arguing who I believe the MVP's are right now.

Pudge and lastchance, This whole time I was referring to "who will win" rather than "who should win". I thought you guys knew that though.
