I had been aggressive and 3-betting a lot lately so I thought this his first 4-bet(which I had used couple times) was just a frustrated move for not giving me too much hand value so I decided to 5-bet all in.

Seems standard, his call is thin, but he isnt 4bet/folding 99 I doubt. If you are who I think, then he has to call (did we play yesterday?)
