I'm pretty sure it started as a conjunction of "So Wrong ----> Swong". Lately it has picked up specific definition though. It's when you are getting it on with a virgin, and she refuses screw, blow, handjob or tit bang you, to the point you get blue balls. Ultimately it gets resolved that she will let you strap a belt around her chest, pinning one arm in, then you screw her arm pit with the aid of KY jelly.
So when used in a sentence you would describe your date with Lisa last night, to which your friend would reply "Dude, that's Swong".

I hate to be the person to break the level, but the term "swongs are one thing" came from a lilholdem AIM chat when he was complaining about running bad, whoever he was talking to told him that they were just swings, and lilholdem replied with the gem "swongs r one thing."
There you have it folks.
