i have never had any interactions with samo personally, other then a PM he sent me after my initial post in which he was upset about my comments about him.

my only point in the post was to say that i can vouch for crablar, however i shouldn't have said that samo sounds like a douchebag etc...it was unecessary to my post.

the warn feature is intended to be individually subjective. the idea is that by spreading out the option to warn among all with whom you converse, you will get an accurate warning level. you knew you were subjecting yourself to his personal warning-level tolerance when you IMed him, so I don't know why you're complaining now.
