I think this brings some serious safety issues to the players. This really seems like some psychopath who lost a bunch of dough making a weird site.

Offering $2k for names/addresses of players? Scary stuff if you ask me.

but next to their logo thing is pokergangsters.com

It's a site that lists several players on stars and accuses them of cheating, and creepily offers money to anybody who can give those players addresses or RL names. The thorough spelling errors make it seems like jokey 2p2 jargon but hard to say.
