Does anyone think a history of violence was overrated? I mean to me its an easily forgettable movie, maybe I'll have to rewatch it.

Bump.

I know, I know, but it only came out here last week.

I thought it was a great story, excellently paced with great performances from everyone. Yet somehow most of the thread discusses how rubbery the fingers were. This saddens me.

I mean it wasn't completely without its flaws but I pretty much loved everything about it. I recommend!

Yeah that was a dumb decision on your behalf. I can't imagine I'm even gonna bother with Saw 4 even though I've seen the rest of them in the cinema.

30 Days of Night is next up for me!

Hah, yeah I could have watched that also. I'm just a Masochist when it comes to the Saw movies - I know they're going to suck but I have to go watch them anyway for some reason. This latest one was soooo bad even for Saw standards - plot was obvious and with little direction, very confusing and none of the games were particularly original or interesting. Really hope the series dies out after this one.

I liked it, but I thought Violence was better. It was a little slow paced, but the acting was really good.
