Default carlospoker (ipoker).. should i be worried?

when logging in to carlospoker (ipoker skin) all the tables are empty, other skins on ipoker works fine, on carlospokers homepage they say the following
"Technical problems
We are experiencing technical problems with connecting to the networks cash game server. The tournament section is working properly and the casino as well. We apologize for the occurred and hope to solve the problem quickly."

anyways this [censored] has been since yesterday.. and tbh im getting alittle worried, they have never even been listed on ipokers list of skins, ive had some bad luck with different sites, thinking about pokespoker for example..

From what I have heard they are disconnected from ipokers cashgame for one month, the rumour is that some affiliate has offered rakeback open and rakeback are not allowed at ipoker. The rumour also say that carlos has sued ipoker for some other thing and they will take that back if they let carlospoker connect to cashgame server.
