Default Questions regarding \"Small Stakes No Limit Hold \'em\" book

Hello,
I was wondering if it's too early to inquire about some of the subject-matter that may or may not be in this book (which I'm definitely looking forward to reading). Two topics I'd like to see covered are:

1) Handling the flop in situations where you're either way ahead or way behind (WA/WB). For example, let's say you raised pre-flop with KQ, and are heads-up with position. The flop comes K88 and your opponent checks. I understand there are some dependencies that will determine which move is best (checking vs. betting); it would be good to get some Expert insight.

2) Blocking Bets: Considerations that should be taken into account on the turn / river when considering a blocking bet.

Thanks In Advance!

it's definitely a little early to get too detailed on exact subject matter.....however, your topic questions - both pertaining to value betting (and other criteria you didn't mention) - will absolutely be covered......
