Long time lurker, brand new poster.

When a player is described as playing 28/22/5 I assume that means this player is playing 28% of his hands and opening the pot raising 22% of the time. So my ?s.

What does the third # mean?
Where can i get the software that would give me these #s?
I prop for a small site (Poker World.com) and was wondering if this software would even work there or if it is only for the major sites?
